Sgt. Bilko: An army comedy with Steve Martin, Dan Akroyd and Phil Hartman. Sgt Bilko does basically everything but army duties with his platoon of soldiers. Life in Sgt. Bilko's army is quite nice. That is until Major Thorn shows up and tries to spoil the fun.
Black Fury: Hard hitting melodrama in reference to exploitation of coal miners, with Muni as a strong "hunk" who gets in over his head. Practical, and remarkably filmed, but it's a tad choppy. Muni's accent makes it hard to comprehend him at times. Cast includes Paul Muni, Karen Morley, William Gargan, Barton MacLaue, John Qualen, J. Carrol Naish, and Vince Barnett. (92 minutes, 1935)
Clue: Stupid joke whodunit based on the trendy board game of the same name with all the recognizable characters Mrs. Peacock, Colonel Mustard, Miss Red, et al. assembled for a murderous day in a Victorian mansion.
