It wasn't that long ago that a trip to the corner video shop was the most convenient way to get a movie. Now, with internet usage exploding, movie downloads are becoming very popular. Let's look at what you might find to watch using a movie download site.

Rocky Balboa: Rocky has settled in to retirement, but a virtual match showing Rocky beating the current champ, Mason Dixon, has caused a stir. Now, the champ wants Rocky in the ring. Rocky decides he must do this fight, and he starts to train again to get back in the ring one last time.

Richard's Things: Widow Ullmann is seduced by her late spouse's lady friend. Screenplay by Frederic Raphael based on his novel. Cast includes Liv Ullmann, Amanda Redman, Tim Smith, Elizabeth Spriggs, and David Markha. (104 minutes, 1980)

Holiday for Lovers: Arch Dr. Webb and Wyman chaperone attractive baby girls on South American holiday, with unsurprising mating. Cast includes Jane Wyman, Jill St. John, Carol Lynley, Paul Henreid, Gary Crosby, and Jose Greco. (103 minutes, 1959)

Outbreak: deadly virus has hit Cedar Creek, California. Highly transferable, in a short time the virus is spreading fast. The other problem, once infected you have less than 24 hours to live. The virus must be contained, so people are sequestered if they are near the outbreak areas.

Stakeout on Dope Street: Trio of youths find backlog of heroin, trusting their futures can now be straight forward; excellent premise badly finished. Cast includes Yale Wexler, Jonathan Cloud, Morris Miller, Abby Dalton, and Herschel Bernardi. (83 minutes, 1958)

Light It Up: Well-intentioned although preachy tirade in reference to a group of N.Y.C. scholars who encompass their high school after their top choice professor is unreasonably delayed and a patrol officer is inadvertently shot. He tries to handle a number of tough issues but outcomes are strained and melodramatic. Cast includes Guide Raymond, Woodland Whitaker, Marcello Robinson, Rosario Dawson, Robert Richard, Judd Nelson, Fredro Starr, Sara Gilbert, Glynn Turman, and Vanessa L. Williams (99 minutes, 1999)

Mr. North: Gleaming however penniless youthful gentleman makes a chief impact on Newport high civilization in the 1920s by being forthright, brilliant, and acquiring an uncommon portion of current in his body! Co-scripted by John Huston, just before his mortality; this marks his child's theatrical characteristic debut as controller. Cast includes Anthony Edwards, Robert Mitchum, Lauren Bacall, Harry Dean Stanton, Anjelica Huston, Mary Stuart Masterson, and Virginia Madsen. (92 minutes, 1988)

Shades of Fear: Flat, disheartening tirade in reference to a youthful female Ayola who yearns to become a guide and the assorted characters that crosses her road as she cruises for England. Inscribed by Jeanette Winterson who wrote the far better novel 'Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit'. The British version helped make it better. Cast includes Rakie Ayola, John Hurt, Jonathan Pryce, Vanessa Redgrave, and Dorothy Tutin. (92 minutes, 1993)

House of Wax: A group of buddies heading to a college football game take a shortcut, and find themselves stranded, get split apart, trip into a defected town, and enter a home of wax with a "closed" register the window. Plays like an average horror flip, however with modern-day, "fleshed-out" characters. An in-name-only redo of the 1953 film, albeit the wax sculptor is identified Vincent. Cast includes Jaume Serra, Elisha Cuthbert, Brian Holt, Paris Hilton, Jared Padalecki, Jon Abrahams, Robert Richard, and Damon Herriman. R (105 minutes, 2005)
